The certidão permanente predial gives access to the property’s registered position and pending registration applications.

The land registry certificate and the caderneta predial are complementary. The former concerns the registry; the latter concerns tax registration. Compare their property descriptions and clarify discrepancies.
Existing access codes and validity should be checked before ordering a new certificate. Do not post codes or documents in the first contact form.

Keep the access code safely
Save the confirmation, code and stated validity. Share only with the people who need to review the property file.
