1. What cookies are and what we use.
Cookies are small items stored by the browser. CARISMA ELEGANTE UNIPESSOAL LDA, identified in the legal information, is responsible for this use on the website.
This version uses only the privacy choice and requested private-session elements. It has no Google Analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps or videos, or third-party cookies installed by the website. There are no optional categories to consent to.

No localStorage is used for enquiries, contacts or marketing choices. Form state remains in the page. Test cookies are local; the public setup must be checked again, including Secure over HTTPS.
Language is selected through links to distinct URLs. No language-preference cookie or automatic language redirect is used.
3. Information and basis.
Cookies strictly necessary for a service expressly requested do not depend on the consent required for optional cookies. Confirming does not authorise marketing or change the lawful basis for enquiry handling.
If optional services are added, information will be updated and they will remain blocked until a valid, specific, optional choice. Access to information will not depend on accepting advertising.
4. Manage or delete the choice.
Reopen the panel from the footer to confirm necessary cookies only or erase the saved choice and show the banner again. Closing without confirming saves no new choice.
You can also delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking the session may prevent private login; public information remains available. This does not delete enquiries already stored or replace a rights request.
