1. Owner and scope.
The website belongs to CARISMA ELEGANTE UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIPC 519331575, trading as RIDIUM Imobiliária. Full identification and contacts appear in the legal information.
The site presents our activity and allows an initial enquiry. It currently offers no automatic contracting, payments, property portfolio or automatic valuation.
2. Requests and services.
A contact or estimate request is not an estate agency agreement, reservation, binding purchase or sale offer, or acceptance of remuneration. Services, conditions and applicable costs are presented and agreed in writing where required.
This version is local; forms are for fictitious data only. Confirmation of a saved request refers to a local test, not a commercial enquiry sent externally.
3. Content and estimates.
Content provides general information. A commercial estimate supports consideration of a sale; it is not a certified, banking, tax or judicial valuation and guarantees no price or timescale.
Legal, tax and document information may change and depends on the circumstances. Confirm the requirements with competent entities and professionals. Local references do not necessarily describe a particular property’s features or distances.
4. Appropriate use and third-party content.
Do not submit unlawful content, third-party data without a lawful basis, malicious code or requests intended to compromise security. Avoid identity documents, bank details and special categories of personal data in the form.
External links lead to websites with their own rules. This version embeds no third-party maps, videos or remote content; you visit links only if you choose to.
